Depot-View – Web-Based Depot Management and M&R System

Depot-View is a comprehensive, web-based solution for depot management and equipment M&R. It is a global solution that allows the depot operator to manage their gate and yard operations, M&R processes and multiple customers from one, central location. Depot-View can interface with IEP Equipment Control Systems, Financial Management Systems and Terminal Operating Systems.

Depot-View is built on cutting edge, industry standard technologies and can be accessed via internet connection by any depot operator, managing one or multiple facilities. The ease of use of this system is reinforced by the simple user interfaces and intuitive design. This design reduces training time, enhances user productivity and ultimately streamlines depot management.

Depot-View allows you to easily monitor repairs, view parts inventories, generate reports and track mechanic productivity. Depot-View also performs dynamic, on the spot reporting by giving users the ability to export the search results of any screen to MS Excel.



EDI - Depot-View allows depot operators to immediately begin to exchange EDI with their customers. The result is a new level of responsiveness and communication regarding equipment moves and condition, and repair status.

Modules:

Gate: The ability to In-Gate and Out-Gate equipment to and from your inventory.

Yard: Complete yard inventory with the ability to search on equipment.

Unit History: Complete history of all equipment that has entered and left your facility.

Job Order: M&R users can build and manage job orders against set tariffs.

Manage Mechanics: The ability to manage mechanic time and productivity. Interfaces with a time keeping system or mechanics can enter time sheets directly into Depot-View.

Parts Inventory: Complete parts inventory of what parts have been checked-in, checked out and used. Also allows customer purchased parts to be inventoried.

Administration: Complete administrative functionality for user management, tariff creation and maintenance and EDI administration.

Reports: Dynamic reporting against any data element in the system.
