Job Order: Allows the user to build and manage repair estimates and work orders.
Inspections: Full inspection module allowing mechanics or surveyors to assign a damage description to a unit and attach a survey or pictures to the inspection report.
Parts Inventory: Full parts inventory management down to the equipment component level. Parts managed by part number, vendor, location and manufacturer.
Account: Designed for management of users, roles, tariffs, mechanics, reference tables, EDI administration and groupings of repair. Additionally, this module allows users to sign up for numerous e-mail based alerts.
Invoice: Creation, acceptance and rejection of invoices. Accounting personnel have the ability to create invoices associated with one or multiple job orders. This module can also interface with a proprietary accounting system.
Rebill Invoice: Allows IEP user to bill back charges associated to third party damage.
Reports: Allows customized and canned reporting against any data element in the system.
Tariff: Complete tariff creation and management.
