Repair-View – Web Based IEP Fleet M&R System

Repair-View is a comprehensive, web-based solution for IEP fleet maintenance and repair. It is a global M&R solution that allows IEP’s to manage equipment repair costs through a controlled estimate and approval process against a set repair tariff. This centralized system allows IEP’s to manage on-terminal, as well as over the road repairs. Repair-View interfaces with IEP Equipment Control Systems, Financial Management Systems and Terminal Operating Systems.

Repair-View is built on cutting edge, industry standard technologies and can be accessed by both IEP’s and repair vendors with an available internet connection. The ease of use of this system is reinforced by the simple user interfaces and intuitive design. This design reduces training time, enhances user productivity and ultimately streamlines the M&R process.

Repair view allows you to easily generate reports, see vendor activities and monitor repair trends and track repair histories for an entire inventory or a specific series of equipment. Repair-View also allows dynamic, on the spot reporting by allowing users to export the search results of any screen to MS Excel. The application can also send email alerts for events that occur within the system.


EDI - For M&R providers running their own systems, Repair-View streamlines the entire process by giving both the M&R provider and the IEP the ability to communicate all repair information via EDI. M&R providers can communicate gate moves and repair estimates while IEPs have the ability to approve or reject the proposed work. Once repairs have been completed, M&R providers can invoice customers for completed repairs while IEPs have the ability to approve, reject and even Re-bill for third party damage.

Modules:

Job Order: Allows the user to build and manage repair estimates and work orders.

Inspections: Full inspection module allowing mechanics or surveyors to assign a damage description to a unit and attach a survey or pictures to the inspection report.

Parts Inventory: Full parts inventory management down to the equipment component level. Parts managed by part number, vendor, location and manufacturer.

Account: Designed for management of users, roles, tariffs, mechanics, reference tables, EDI administration and groupings of repair. Additionally, this module allows users to sign up for numerous e-mail based alerts.

Invoice: Creation, acceptance and rejection of invoices. Accounting personnel have the ability to create invoices associated with one or multiple job orders. This module can also interface with a proprietary accounting system.

Rebill Invoice: Allows IEP user to bill back charges associated to third party damage.

Reports: Allows customized and canned reporting against any data element in the system.

Tariff: Complete tariff creation and management.
